Apologies to the delay in the last posting, McKenna was busy growing. There are a lot of different picture themes today. She has discovered the joys of bathing including how far water can be splashed. We have her now bathing in the bathtub instead of the sink area. We all enjoyed Brooke's one year and as you can see Brooke did too. On an interesting note, she is the first one year old we have every seen that doesn't smear cake on her face. She used a cool and calculated approach to her cake that all were hoping would be messy but alas it wasn't.
MAK has been enjoying the mountains very much. We brought her sledding through the forests with the doggies; both of her new favorite activities, dogs and sledding.
Mom brought her to gymboree and as you can tell there was much fun with all the tots. She really enjoys playing with other kiddo's. However, she motioned to us that she needed something more mentally stimulating than just tots so we took her to autie Angie's gallery opening where MAK could be inspired by her amazing work. Funny thing that day, we picked her up from day care and noticed that they put a ribbon in her hair; it was a nice touch.
No new mearsurements but they are soon to come on her 9 month doctor visit. Though we can say that she is maturing just fine. She has started to try and crawl and is crawling backwards very nicely. She can flip over but going back is a little tough.
That is about it for this time.
Cheers!

Oops...meant to write "enjoying" but "emjoying" was close enough, right? Especially since I have a 23 month old climbing all over me while I'm trying to type!
Thanks you guys! Things are great here in Denver! We would love to see you soon. Not sure of our summer plans yet. We miss you guys as well.
Love,
Regan, Seth and McKenna
